About Janice Drescher
Janice has over 20 years
experience as a consultant, life coach and trainer, helping business
owners acquire and implement the tools and skills needed to fulfill
their business vision. Janice has an advanced degree in curriculum
development from Stanford University (Ed. S.), a Master of Arts in
Teaching from Wesleyan University in Spanish and Education, and a BA
in Spanish from Simmons College. After a 13 year teaching career,
Janice again spent 13 years coaching business owners as an employee
of The E-Myth Academy. During her tenure, she developed many of the
training and consulting services of The E-Myth Academy as Vice
President Consulting and Training Services, dba E-Myth Worldwide.
She played a key role in the development and rollout of the
Certification Program that licensed Certified E-Myth Consultants
around the world.
Janice has worked with more than 200 clients as a
life and business coach, helping business owners achieve their goals
by building strong foundations in the areas of marketing,
management, operations, finance, and people development. She
currently works on retainer as a coach and consultant for the
principles and senior managers of organizations in a wide variety of
industries. In 1999, Janice founded Custom Training Development, in
Sonoma County, California to help business owners to meet their life
and business goals. Her current projects include work in the areas
of business leadership and people management. Janice enjoys the
opportunity to utilize her coaching and language skills with
hispanic business owners.
Janice has pioneered the development and delivery of
programs that guide people in discovering their life purpose and the
impact it can have on their life and work. Her seminar
products–Leadership Launchpad and the Art of People Management -
ensure strong leadership, healthy work relationships, accountability
and shared expectations in the workplace. Most recently she has
played a key role in creating the groundbreaking Leadership event
with horses called Resonance; a Five-Day Intentional Leadership
Experience for business owners, CEOs and Management Teams. Resonance
is based on the nonverbal communication concept of Intuitive (Vibrational)
Awareness as a means of creating alignment with the participant's
core vision for business and life.
Janice lives in Sonoma County and
loves spending time with animals; a life-long passion. She
volunteers at the Humane Society of Sonoma County as a Cat Cuddler;
keeping cats company while they are waiting to be adopted and
helping people to adopt their new family member. Janice is also
involved in Vibrational Awareness work with horses and spends much
of her free time learning their language of non-verbal communication
and experiencing the play and adventure of being with horses in this
amazing dance.
